He graduated from the University of San Diego with an accounting degree and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado. Charlie is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and gravel biking.

He’s a proven leader with a track record of building high-performing teams for organizations of all sizes, from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 50 companies. His diverse background spans Big 4 Consulting, Banking, and early-stage ventures, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the various needs across business landscape. Mikael holds an accounting degree from the University of San Diego and is an Inactive CPA.
A California native, Mikael thrives outside the office. He cherishes time with his family, enjoys hitting the golf course, and loves exploring the mountains with his canine companion, Moose.
With more than 25 years of experience across the real estate industry, Anja brings a unique perspective spanning residential sales, lending, land brokerage, and commercial property management. Over the last 17 years, she has specialized in commercial property management, working with both institutional and local investors. Her expertise includes tenant retention, financial reporting, budgeting, asset preservation, and the day-to-day oversight of commercial properties. Her broad experience provides her with a well-rounded understanding of real estate and a practical, financially focused approach to serving clients and protecting the value of the assets entrusted to her management.
Anja, a transplant from Germany, has called Colorado home for many years. She enjoys traveling and is passionate about giving back to her community through her volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children in foster care.
